As part of this first phase — covering 1,000 properties in Attica, Crete, and Rodopi — our firm provides:

• Title and ownership verification
• Advisory services on asset utilization and transfers
The current phase is expected to be completed by September 2025, as part of a broader initiative to unlock the potential of public real estate.
