We are proud to announce that the contract for redeveloping the Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF-HELEXPO) site has been officially awarded. This marks a significant milestone in transforming Thessaloniki’s urban landscape. This large-scale project initiated through the October 4, 2024, call for tenders is being implemented via a concession agreement, with the Strategic Contracts Unit of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (HCAP) as the contracting authority.
The TIF-HELEXPO redevelopment seeks to modernise the exhibition and conference facilities by incorporating cutting-edge infrastructure and sustainable design. The tender process has involved selecting technical, legal, and financial advisors to manage the project’s implementation, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory, urban planning, and economic standards.
Following a rigorous evaluation, the contract was awarded to the consortium HILL INTERNATIONAL N.V. – SAMARAS & PARTNERS S.A. ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS – TrB S.A.. – E. VLACHOGIANNIS & PARTNERS LAWFIRM – LAMDA S.A. With a project budget of €2.4 million.
