
Konstantinos I. Vlachogiannis is a lawyer and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1999. He is an external associate of the law firm “Eleftherios Vlachogiannis & Associates”.
He practices active litigation, handling civil, commercial, administrative, and criminal law cases. He specialises in corporate formation, legal consulting, corporate transformations, and mergers.
Additionally, he provides legal services to well-known logistics companies in Greece and has been a legal advisor to the Technical Chamber of Greece since 2007. From 2004 to 2007, he was a Special Associate to the Deputy Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning, and Public Works, with responsibilities in Urban Planning, Spatial Planning, and Environmental matters.
