
Eleftherios I. Vlachogiannis is a lawyer, a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2002, and the founder of the law firm “Eleftherios Vlachogiannis & Associates.” He has served as legal counsel to large companies in Greece and internationally for many years.
With a solid academic background and extensive experience in business legal consulting, Eleftherios specialises in complex corporate and commercial law issues. He is also a legal advisor to public entities, organisations, and major insurance companies. By decision of the Credit and Insurance Matters Committee of the Bank of Greece, he is included in the list of individuals who meet the legal requirements to be appointed as insurance liquidators.
Additionally, he provides legal counsel to prominent private educational institutions, businesses that trade medical and healthcare materials, food trading companies, and financial service enterprises. He also offers his legal services pro bono to the Holy Monastery of the Annunciation of Patmos.
From 2020 to 2023, he served as a Special Advisor to the Ministry of National Defense Secretary General.
